Is your product eligible for the Warranty?

Warranty cancellation conditions:

1 - Wool has shrunk (improper washing)
2 - The membrane has come loose (improry wash)
3 - Feather clumps together (impractical drying)
4 - Non-homogeneous fabric color (prolonged exposure to the sun)
5 - Localized peeling (contact with velcro or hard parts of backpacks or external agents)
6 - Tears or tears (contact with external agents)
